Role: Judge and Volunteer, 2021+
I have served as a volunteer for the Michigan Invention Convention on several occasions, sponsored by the Henry Ford Museum. I have judged at the regional, state and national levels and have served as a lead judge.
Michigan Invention Convention provides students in grades 3-12 an interactive and interdisciplinary opportunity to use the invention process to create and pitch an original product at a statewide convention. Students will build their critical-thinking and entrepreneurial skills, and may qualify to compete at Invention Convention U.S. Nationals.
