Deliverable(s): A completed request for proposals process, as well as a full implementation of the new course evaluation system.
I led the Request for Proposals process to identify a new course evaluation system at Wayne State University. I worked closely with the Testing, Evaluation and Research Services office to identify our needs, evaluate potential systems, make a decision and purchase. The initial process was almost completely paper-based.
After selecting a product, I oversaw the team that implemented the new system. Our team consulted on every aspect of the implementation, including the development of custom workflows and applications. After the completion of the project, all course evaluations are now completed online.
