Deliverable(s): Implement a large-scale tracking and analytics system for advisors and student support staff at WSU.
I managed the implementation of a large-scale advising system at Wayne State. I worked closely with vendor partners and our campus stakeholders to modify and maintain the system according to Wayne State's unique needs. The process involved assessing the needs of advisors and administrators while working within the limits of the technology platform to achieve our goals.
