Deliverable(s): Implemented Zoom at WSU for all students, faculty and staff.
I managed a University-wide Zoom implementation at Wayne State University with minimal notice. Like many institutions, we had to transition to remote operations very quickly. I worked with my team to provision access to 40,000 accounts while facilitating user migrations and training. We completed the initial transition in two weeks.
