Deliverable(s): An intricate survey with a robust scoring system designed to allow HR leaders to evaluate the experiences of staff in regards to individual areas and experiences.
The Office of Employee Development (OED) at Wayne State University required a simple self-assessment for leaders. A solution needed to be implemented that could be easily updated by non-technical staff, required little maintenance and no substantial financial investment. I utilized several features of the Qualtrics platform to design an assessment which tabulated and displayed the results per OED's guidelines. The assessment content is currently being finalized and the new process will be available to employees in early 2021.
